These can be physical stories of the habits, traumas or accidents that have occurred or these can be all of the happenings, good and bad that have made us who we are today. The knocks, the pains, the hurts. The thoughts crystallised into beliefs. The fears, the joys.
We are all of those things and we carry them with us.
Layer upon layer of postures, movements, unexpressed anger, disappointments.
I specialise in accessing the heart of a person’s story and I facilitate the healing of their pain in a way that integrates the entire body, emotions, and energy. I use hands-on Amatsu treatment, and work with energy in a variety of ways, both in-person and remotely.
